I use an integrative therapeutic approach to make a personalised plan for our sessions together, that will enable us to work collaboratively towards your goals.
I offer compassionate, professional therapy services tailored to meet your unique needs and am committed to providing a safe, welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. I am fully insured and maintain the ethical standards of the BACP and NCPS, to which I am a member of. I have a complete DBS check and am a registered chaperone for Cheshire East Council.
I cover multiple areas of therapy, these include trauma, addiction, anxiety and depression, bullying, grief, loneliness, eating disorders, ADHD, Autism, domesitc abuse and stress.
